Asher Yatzar

Si recita ogni Volta che si va in bagno a fare i bisogni; sia che essi siano brevi che lunghi, anche se solo minimi, si reciti questa Berakhàh ~ benedizione dopo essersi lavati le mani. Nel caso una persona sappia che debba tornare in bagno, non la reciti finchè non ha finito.

La mattina è bene recitare "E-lohai Neshamàh" subito dopo.

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יי אֵ-לֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם

SheIm Issatem Echad Mehem, O Im Ippateach Echad Mehem
אֵי אֶפְשַׁר לְהִתְקַיֵּם אַפִלּוּ שָׁעָה אֶחָת
